Joseph Gaw, EdD, MBA, MSN, RN, CSSC-CSSBB
Dr. Gaw brings over 20 years of experience in progressive supervisory and leadership roles in health care, education, and public service. He began his career in unlicensed assistive positions and progressing through middle management and executive-level roles both in the private-profit and public sectors. Dr. Gaw brings real-life experience and applicable tools to middle management application with a personal mission to help those who directly make a difference in organizational culture, improving outcomes for the community through a culture of excellence, and promoting systems that have a positive impact on others.
Prior roles in his career included various faculty positions in the university and community college programs as well as academic dean of programs. Dr. Gaw has content knowledge across the health care, education, and service sectors. Academically, Dr. Gaw earned a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership, a Master of Science in Nursing with an Emphasis in Nursing Leadership in Health Care Systems, and a Masters of Business Administration in Organizational Management. He is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt from the Council for Six Sigma Certification.
